I was traveling in Colorado with my family and went to the grocery store with my husband. My daughter stayed at the unit with her family and they decided to go out and get hot chocolate from the hotel lobby. I got two texts from PetLink saying my dog was “found”. Because we were traveling, I assumed it was a scam so I reported the number as junk and deleted it. We came back to an empty apt and saw a couple outside with our dog Zoe. My husband rushed out and took the dog and it hit me that the texts I received were not scam. I told him and the couple what happened. It was the first time it ever happened to me. My daughter got the phone call from you and you connected her with the couple but they got disconnected before she could get their number. Our grandchildren must’ve left one of the doors open and Zoe got out. You’ve proved yourself that your service is valuable to us pet owners. Thank you soooo much. It always bothered me that Zoe’s PetLink tag was big because she is a little dog. I see you now sell a tag that we can put on her collar so I am getting it! Your service is very much appreciated and we are thankful she is back with us.
