We are having construction done on our house and our dogs are mainly indoor dogs. We check the gate every day after the workers leave to make sure we can let the dogs out safely. On Sunday, we were getting ready to leave. We went to let the dogs in and realized they were gone!! A worker had returned Sunday morning for a tool and left the gate open! We were so distraught and spent over an hour driving through the neighborhood in separate cars asking people if they had seen the dogs. Unfortunately no one had seen them. As soon as we got back to the house the Vet clinic had called and said someone found our babies! They gave the individual that found our dogs our phone number and we went to his house to pick them up. We are so thankful and happy we chose to have them microchipped with PetLink or we would have never been reunited.
