Your service worked wonderfully. We were reunited with our Siberian Husky, Kizmet, within hours of her disappearance. And, it would not have happened without PetLink. Kizmet is relatively new to our home and figured out how to open the latch on the gate to her yard. She then jumped the extra 4ft fenced area that surrounds the gate. She had no collar on. A neighbor called to say that they thought they saw a dog run by. Kizmet apparently stopped about a mile or two down the road to sample some dog food in a garage. Fortunately, the owner appreciated that she probably had gotten loose and drove her over to the local Humane Society who, of course, retrieved our information from her chip and contacted us immediately. Ironically, if the neighbor had not called us, your email that she was found might have been our first notice that she was gone! We have had that kennel arrangement for ten years and this was the first escape. The gate in question is now padlocked and Kizmet is wearing her collar at all times. We are very grateful to PetLink for helping to get her back home.
