Honey, my red Cocker Spaniel, became lost back in mid-February. After endless searching for her and notifying everyone, including PetLink, all we could do was to hope for the best. Fast forward – after seven and a half months, I received a call from one of the local vets saying that one of their clients had found a Cocker and had brought her in.
Because Honey was chipped, the vet was able to get my contact information, conveyed through PetLink’s database. The rest is history. Other than being a little dirty, the vet said that Honey was just fine. She has an appointment with her vet and groomer next week. Without the chip we may not have ever been reunited with our Cocker but now our house is back in order. Thanks PetLink.
