Emily is a 14 year old schnauzer who is hard of hearing and has dementia. She escaped from my dog sitter today and couldn’t be found anywhere. I am on vacation and was FREAKING out. Thankfully, a good Samaritan rescued her from a nearby highway and took her to a local vet. They scanned her chip, and she is on her way home. We have never had to have her chip scanned before, ever, but I am so thankful she has it!
