During the time of my divorce, I was forced to ask a relative to keep Molly for a temporary period of time until I had made suitable living arrangements where I could have my dog with me. The relative lived in another state, and I drove Molly and left her with them. Molly was so distraught at not being with her Mom that she managed to find a way out of their yard numerous times. Once was after 10 pm at night. Fortunately, a kind stranger let her into their house, it was several miles away from my relative’s home, and the stranger took Molly in and had her microchip read, and called me. Needless to say, my relative didn’t even realize she was gone. Who knows what might have happened to my precious Molly if this lady had not called? I am immensely thankful for the microchip, and for PetLink giving Molly a way to be found. Thank you!
My best advice is that, if you have a pet, get it microchipped with PetLink. Their chips save lives. Read more
