On the 13th of February, my baby had escaped the for the back yard due to the carelessness of the people who have been working on the house. They have been around for a while and understand that Jade is a very loving, friendly, but curious dog. Every one just loves her. To be honest I don’t even understand how any work gets done with her around because of how much of a fun distraction she is. Anyway, one of the workers had zoned out and was focused on work when he forgot to check to see if the gate closed all the way. Off went Jade. I was stressing out dealing with a family matter and on top of it all being pregnant, so I was distracted. After a few hours of not being checked on by Jade, I realized that she has gone missing. It took me four hours to finally calm myself enough to look at my email for her PetLink. I am so glad I had her chipped. The pound had her. I thought my world had end before I check my email. I had my boogie since she was 4 weeks old and she is almost 3! She has gotten me through some of my toughest times in my life. If I didn’t get her chipped and couldn’t get her back. I would’ve lost my mind and spiraled fast. Thank you for being such an amazing thing PetLink has done – having a chip! So happy to be reunited with my baby.
